Within the framework of the fight against terrorism and following the exploitation of information, a detachment of People’s National Army shot down, Thursday 2nd May, 2024, in Tin Zaouatine at the Bordj-Badji Mokhtar operational sector in the Sixth Military Region, one (01) terrorist called “D. Omar”, and arrested two (02) support elements and recovered one (01) automatic pistol, three (03) ammunition magazines and various objects.

      This operation, which is added to the set of results achieved on the ground, reiterates the great vigilance and firm determination of the Forces of People’s National Army to cleanse our country of the scourge of terrorism, and to establish security and tranquillity across the entire national territory.
