Fight against organized crime... Seizure of 13.20 kilograms of cocaine in Barika.
In the dynamics of the continuous efforts aimed at fighting organized crime in all its forms, the personnel of the Specialized Security Services of the 5th Military Region supported by the personnel of the Research and Investigation Brigade of the National Gendarmerie of Barika arrested two (02) drug traffickers on 18th September, 2024. This operation reiterates, once again, the determination of the units of People’s National Army to fight against all forms of organized crime and to preserve the stability and security of the country.
- 13.20 kilograms of cocaine;
- 08.80 kilograms of processed kif;
- One (01) homemade pistol;
- Twelve (12) cartridges;
- 9200 Psychotropic tablets.
This operation reiterates, once again, the determination of the units of People’s National Army to fight against all forms of organized crime and to preserve the stability and security of the country.
