General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of People's National Army Staff, presides over the Eid al-Fitr greeting ceremony
General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of People's National Army Staff, presided over the Eid al-Fitr greeting ceremony this morning, 2nd April, 2025, at the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defence.
The ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defence, the Commanders of the Forces, the National Gendarmerie, the Republican Guard, the Commander of the 1st Military Region, the Heads of Departments, the Comptroller General of the Army, the Directors and Heads of the Central Services of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff of People's National Army, as well as the Director General of Customs, the Director General of National Security, and the Director General of Civil Protection.
On this occasion, the General wished to extend his most sincere wishes to those present and, through them, to their families and all the personnel of People's National Army, as well as to the Algerian people:
"On the occasion of the celebration of Eid al-Fitr in the year 1446 of the Hijri calendar, it is my pleasure to extend to you, and through you to your honorable families and dear loved ones, my most sincere wishes and warmest congratulations, praying to Almighty Allah to renew these religious occasions in peace, blessings, and prosperity, and that He grant our beloved homeland further development and prosperity in a climate of security and stability.
I would also like to emphasize, on this blessed religious occasion, that while I commend the performance of our officers and personnel within all components of our Armed Forces, and I value in each of them their high awareness and constant efforts to contribute to the development of our combat and operational capabilities, I also expect them to work towards a continuous improvement in the quality of performance in order to achieve the expected objectives and the desired goals. "
