Reception of the Spanish national NAVARO CANADA JOAQUIM by the security services of People’s National Army
The security services of People’s National Army, preceded today, 21st January 2025, the reception of the Spanish national NAVARO CANADA JOAQUIM. The latter, who is in good health, was on a tourist visit and had been kidnapped on 14th January 2025 in the Algerian-Malian border area in the Sixth Military Region, by an armed group composed of five (05) individuals.
The person concerned was transferred from Tin Zaouatine airport in the Sixth Military Region to the Boufarik Military Base/1st MR on board a special plane. He will be handed over to the Spanish authorities at a later date.
This operation demonstrates, once again, the high professionalism of the security services of People's National Army, particularly in the fight against organized crime throughout the national territory.
