As part of the graduation festivities of the year 2024-2025, Major General Omar TLEMSANI, Commander of the 4^th Military Region, presided over the graduation ceremony of the new promotion’s graduation on Sunday 15^th, June, 2025, at the Higher School of Special Troops "Chahid Mustapha KHODJA, known as Si Ali" in Biskra, 4^th Military Region.


      The new graduated promotions were honored to bear the name of the Moudjahid "NACERI Mahmoud". These promotions included the following:
      • The 60^th promotion of the Improvement Course Officer;
      • The 30^th promotion of the Application Course Officer;
      • The 5^th promotion of the Common Basic Training;
      • The 5^th promotion of the Free and Operational Jumping Course;
      • The 27^th promotion of the Parachute Instructors Course;
      • The 35^th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the second degree;
      • The 6^th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the second degree / trainers;
      • The 60^th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the first degree;
      • The 22^nd promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the first degree / trainers;
      • The 27^th promotion of the Military Brevet in Specialized Sports Education of the second degree;
      • The 28^th promotion of the Military Brevet in Specialized Sports Education of the first degree;
      • The 35^th promotion of the Professional Military Certificate of the second degree (new recruits);
      • The 29^th promotion of the Professional Military Certificate of the second degree (from the rank).




      At the end of the ceremony, Major General, Commander of the 4th Military Region, paid tribute to the family of the Moudjahid "NACERI Mahmoud".
