Major General Mustafa Smaili, Commander of the Land Forces, supervised the graduation ceremony at the Infantry Higher School "Chahid Jelloul Abidat" in Cherchell /1^st Military Region.


      The ceremony began with a review of the squares, followed by the swearing-in of the graduating students, and the passing of the school flags. During the ceremony, the promotions were named after Chahid "Ben Youssef Akoun" in recognition of his sacrifices.

      The graduated promotions included:

• The sixty-third (63rd) promotion of the Officers Improvement Courses;
• The thirtieth (30th) promotion of the Officers Application Courses;
• The twenty-fourth (24th) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°2 - General staff’ structures;
• The eighth (08th) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°2 - trainers;
• The twenty-eighth (28th) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°2;
• The twenty-seventh (27th) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°1 - General staff’ structures;
• The twenty-third (23rd) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°1 - trainers;
• The fifty-fifth (55th) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°1;
• The thirtieth (30th) promotion of the Professional Military Certificate N°2.

      The ceremony ended with the signing of the school Golden Book by the Major General, Commander of the Land Forces, followed by a tribute to the family of the Chahid "Ben Youssef Akoun".
