The Major General Zoubir Ghouila, Commander of the Air Forces, presided the graduation ceremony for the new promotion of the Higher School of Technical Aeronautic Chahid Moussa Rahali/1st MR, on Sunday, 22nd June, 2025. The graduated Promotions were honored to bear the name of Moudjahid "Chaleh Rabeh", namely:

• The second (02nd) promotion of Officers with a Master's Degree – LMD System;
• The thirty-first (31st) promotion of Career Officers Students;
• The eleventh (11th) promotion of Officers Specializing in Aeronautics;
• The twelfth (12th) promotion of Academic Licence Degrees in Aeronautics;
• The fourth (04th) promotion of State Engineers in Aeronautics.

      The ceremony took place in the presence of military and civilian authorities, school officials and teachers, the families of the students and that of Moujahid Chalah Rabeh, as well as representatives of the national media.

      At the end, Major General Zoubir Ghouila paid tribute to the family of Moujahid "Chalah Rabeh".
