Mr. Juvenal Marizamunda, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Rwanda, visited the Truck and Bus Plants in Rouïba, 1^st Military Region, where he was received by Major General Mohamed Salah Benbicha, Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defense, accompanied by the Director of Military Manufacturing.


      During this visit, the Rwandan Minister of Defence toured the various workshops and facilities of this industrial complex, where he received detailed explanations on the various manufacturing and production phases.



      At the end of this meeting, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Rwanda signed the guest book of the Truck and Bus factories.
