During a planned training flight, a military combat aircraft crashed on Wednesday, 19th March 2025, near the Aoulef region in the wilaya of Adrar in the 3rd Military Region, causing the martyrdom of Pilot Lieutenant-Colonel BEKKOUCHE Nasr.
In this painful circumstance, General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of People's National Army Staff, presents, on behalf of all the personnel of People's National Army, his sincere condolences to the family members and loved ones of the Shahid and expresses his deep compassion, praying to Almighty Allah to grant them strength and courage and to grant the deceased His Holy Mercy and welcome him into His vast Paradise.
Following this tragic accident, the General ordered an investigation to clarify the causes and circumstances of the accident.
