General Said CHANEGRIHA, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of People's National Army, receives in audience the Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation
General Said CHANEGRIHA, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of People's National Army, received in audience, this Thursday, 27th November 2025, at People's National Army General Staff headquarters, Mr. Dimitri Shugaev, Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation.
The meeting was attended by Chiefs of Departments and Central Directors from the Ministry of National Defence and from People's National Army General Staff, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Algeria, and members of the Russian delegation.
During the meeting, both sides held discussions on the state of military and technical cooperation between the two countries and addressed issues of common interest.
