Fourth day of the visit of the General, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of People's National Army to the Republic of Korea

      Within the framework of his official visit to the Republic of Korea at the invitation of the Korean Minister of Defence, General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of People's National Army, visited this Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, with the accompanying delegation, the companies Satrec Initiative and Hanwha Aerospace, located in Daejeon city, where he inquired about their industrial and technological capabilities and potential areas of cooperation in the aerospace and defence sectors.

      The first stage was dedicated to Satrec Initiative Company, specialized in the aerospace industry, where the General was able to observe the high technological level achieved by this company, particularly in the field of satellite systems, the development of navigation satellites and artificial intelligence solutions for the analysis of space images.

  

      This visit is an opportunity for the General to explore the company's significant industrial capabilities and discuss means for bilateral cooperation in the areas of technical expertise exchange and to examine aspects related to technical training and technology transfer.

  

      Then, the General visited the Hanwha Aerospace headquarters with the accompanying delegation, where he received extensive information about the company and its promising industrial capabilities, particularly in the fields of aviation, aerospace, defence, and defence electronic systems. Hanwha Aerospace is considered one of the world's leading companies in the development of space launch vehicles, artillery, armoured vehicles, and missile systems, and its production range has expanded to include naval systems and ship and submarine engines.

  

  

      The General praised the remarkable level of excellence he observed, expressing his admiration for both human resources and cutting-edge technological equipment.

      For their part, the Korean company's managers expressed their desire to explore opportunities for an effective partnership with Algeria.
