Lieutenant General Mostefa SMAALI, Commander of the Land Forces, receives Major General Claude K. Tudor, Commander of AFRICOM Special Operations.
Lieutenant General Mostefa SMAALI, Commander of the Land Forces, received today, 14th September, 2025, at the headquarters of the Land Forces Command, Major General Claude K. Tudor, Commander of AFRICOM Special Operations, accompanied by a high-level delegation and Her Excellency the U.S. Ambassador to Algeria, Ms. Elizabeth Moore Oubin.
On this occasion, the two parties held bilateral discussions on issues of mutual interest, in the presence of general officers and members of the U.S. delegation.
The two parties also praised the excellent bilateral relations as well as the mechanisms for consultation and cooperation established between the two countries.
At the end, the Commander of Special Operations of AFRICOM signed the guestbook of the Land Forces Command
