Return of the National Military Team after a participation to the 58th edition of the World Military Boxing Championship
The national military boxing team returned this evening, Sunday 26th September 2021, to the national territory, after a participation to the 58th edition of the World Military Boxing Championship held in Moscow, Russian Federation, from 16th to 26th September 2021. The delegation was welcomed at the Houari Boumediene International Airport by a number of People's National Army’s senior officials.
The competition saw the participation of 231 boxers representing 36 countries, including our national military boxing team; it recorded very honourable scores by reaching the fifth place - team scorings: having won three (03) medals, a (01) silver and two (02) bronzes. Namely as follows: The Boxer Houmri Mohamed, with the silver medal - 81 kg class; the Boxer Balaribi AbdeNacer with the bronze medal - 60 kg class and finally the Boxer Morjane Ousama who won the bronze medal - 56 kg class.
