Within the framework of the annual sports activities of People's National Army, the different central structures, the Forces and the Military Regions Commands, the large Units and the Training Establishments of PNA hosted, this Thursday, 17th February 2022, sports competitions on the occasion of the international day of military sports «friendship through sport», coinciding with the anniversary of the creation of the International Military Sports Council.


      The official kick-off of this event was given at the Center for the Gathering and Preparation of Military Sports Teams/Chahid Messaoud BOUDJERIOU in the 1st Military Region, by the Chief of the Military Sports Service under the Department of Employment-Preparation of People's National Army Staff. An event which was marked by a wide participation of both genders and a spirit of high level competitiveness between competitors of different age groups, which reflects the great interest shown by the High Command of PNA in the sports practice within the ranks, with a view to improve the physical condition and sports aptitudes of the personnel.



      At the end, medals and prizes were awarded to the candidates who distinguished themselves during the competition.
