The Algerian national military volleyball team returned home on the morning of Sunday 24th December 2023, having honoured the national flag by winning the gold medal at the third Arab military championship of the Arab Military Sports Federation, held from 17th to 24th December 2023 in Saudi Arabia.


      This competition, in which five (05) Arab countries took part, namely Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait and the Sultanate of Oman, witnessed a high level of technical skill, great competitiveness and exemplary sportsmanship, in which our national military team demonstrated its technical abilities during the contested matches, winning all the games.


      This excellent result, achieved for the first time in this speciality, adds to the series of achievements registered in recent years by our national military teams in various disciplines, the fruit of the efforts made by the High Command of People's National Army in the development of military sports.
