The role of the Electronic warfare has also increased in modern warfare, and the countries of the world hastened to arm their various types of forces with these means, and each of the conflicting parties sought to use all effective forces, and various means and methods to disrupt the control of the opposite party, and to ensure the continuity of the work of its electronic means and systems at the same time.

Along the lines of the advanced armies in order to consolidate and modernize our armed forces, the high command of people's National Army carried out several achievements at the level of the various armed forces, which included the establishment of the Electronic warfare section in the Land Forces Command, charge of leadership, membership and support in the field Electronic warfare and following up the development and modernization of this weapon.
