Information Days on Air Force organized at the Regional Information Center of Oran Chahid Mohamed BOUBARNASSE / 2nd MR
In the framework of the communication general plan of the People's National Army for the year 2023, the Air Force Command organized information days on the Air Force at the Regional Information Center of Oran / Chahid Mohamed BOUBARNASSE / 2nd MR from March 15th, to 18th, 2023.
The opening ceremony was presided by Mr. the Major General, Air Commander at the 2nd Military Region, in the presence of military and civil authorities, reporters of public and private national media and public.
This event aim to grant our civil society a general idea about the missions and organization of the training system of the Air Force, about some of training air means used at our schools, about one part of aircraft and endowing equipments, also about the participation of our Public Industrial and Commercial Establishments (Aeronautical Construction Establishment, Establishment of Renovation of the Specific Materials) through showing a model of manufacturing aircraft of type "SAFIR" and necessary support equipments to aircrafts implementation.
These information days aim to make known to the public the level of mastery and development achieves by the National People's Army in general, and the Air Forces in particular on the one hand, and on the other hand, to appreciate the level of professionalism and competence of our staff through the explications provided to visitors on some of the equipments exhibited on the occasion.
Also, this event was an opportunity to inform young students and high school students wishing to be enrolled in the ranks of and the Air Forces in particular, on the methods of recruitment in our different training establishments through the distribution of related prospectuses.
