Guided Tour at the Meteorological Center of Air Forces/ Reghaia/ 1st MR
As part of the general communication plan for the exercise 2024/2025, the Air Forces Commandment organized on January 30th, 2025 a guided tour at the Meteorological Center of Air Forces / Reghaia 1st MR, to the benefit of journalists from the national public and private media, written press and journalists of the Direction of Information and Communication / Chief of staff - People's National Army.
The opening ceremony was presided by the Air-Commander/ 1st MR, in his quality of representative of the Major-General Mahmoud Laraba, Air Forces Commander. The journalists were welcomed by both of the Chief of the Meteorological Center of Air Forces/ Reghaia 1st MR, and the representative of the Chief of Information and Communication Service/ Air Forces Command.
This media activity aims to make known the history, organization, missions and the different activities of the Center, appreciate the high scientific level achieved in this framework, and know the pedagogical and scientific systems, also visiting the different classroom and laboratories of this center. This guided tour was an opportunity to strength the "army-nation" link on one hand, and on other hand to point up the efforts of the Air Forces Command.
At the end of this event, a press briefing was animated by the Chief of the Meteorological Center of Air Forces/ Reghaia 1st MR, and the representative of the Chief of Information and Communication Service, who have answers the questions of the journalists.
