The Major General Mahmoud LARABA, the Air Forces Commander, presided on June 20th, 2023 at the High School of Aeronautical Techniques / Chahid Moussa RAHALI / Dar El Beida / 1st MR, the graduation ceremony of the 29th promotion composed of the 9th promotion of specialization training of officers and the 10th officers promotion of license.
These promotions were baptized in the name of Chahid AFTOUCHE Mohamed, born in 1898 in Bir Khadem, wilaya of Algiers, he joined the rank of the National Liberation Army in 1956, fell in the field of honor in 1962.
This ceremony was held in the presence of the General Officers, Senior Officers, as well as the family members of the graduating promotion and those of the martyr honored at the end of this ceremony.
