Participation of the Air Force in the Open Days organized at the Central Museum of the Army / 1st MR, as part of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the independence of our country

     As part of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the independence of our country, and like the other Forces Commands, the Republican Guard and the National Gendarmerie, the Air Force Command participated in the open days which were organized at the Central Museum of Army / 1st MR, from June 23rd to 30th, 2022, as part of the annual combat preparation directive relating to Information and Communication Structures for the year 2022.

  

     The opening ceremony was presided by the Director of the Museum in the presence of the Heads of Communication Services of the various Forces Commands, the Republican Guard, the National Gendarmerie, executives of the People's National Army, the Mujahedeen, public and private national media, as well as the public who came in large numbers to inquire about the level of development reached by our People's National Army through the various stands representing the various Arms.

  

     As for the day of June 27th, devoted to the Air Forces, the stand was reinforced by the exhibition of a sample of educational and didactic means, models of aircrafts of different types, mannequins dressed in outfits specific to the Air Forces, means of technical servitude, posters with the effigy of part of the air means intended for training and flight instruction as well as some aircrafts in operation in the ranks of our Air Force. Also, visitors attended the screening of documentary films and photo slide shows on the Air Force.

  

  

  

     These open days are intended to give the public a general overview of the substantial efforts made by the Air Force Command, particularly in terms of training and qualification of personnel, acquisition of latest generation air vectors, modernization of aeronautic equipment, as well as in matters of development and scientific research, where visitors were able to appreciate the level of professionalism and competence through the necessary explanations they received from our exhibitors, who spared no effort to listen to them.

  

  

     Furthermore, this event was an opportunity for the public, especially the youngest wishing to join the ranks of the People's National Army in general and the Air Force in particular, to learn more about the conditions of recruitment and the various aeronautical specialties provided at the level of our various training establishments.
