As part of the sports activities for the fiscal year 2023-2024, the Air Force Command organized the National Military Cup of Associated Wrestling in the disciplines Greco-Roman wrestling and free wrestling, from 03 to 07 March 2024, at the Regional Complex of Military Sports/1^st R.M.


     The opening ceremony was presided by General Commander of the National School of Aeronautical Technicians Chahid BEN KERT Mohamed/ 1^st R. M as representative of General Major Mahmoud LARABA, the Air Force Commander, where he stated in his speech that the objectives of this event the are the preparation of military personnel on the physical and psychological level, ensure and increase the permanent availability, it is also an opportunity to prepare the national military team for various international military sporting events, thus indicating the importance that the High Command of the National People's Army attaches to military sports in order to promote them in all their disciplines.


     This competition was attended by 14 teams represented by 157 athletes from different Military Regions, Command of Forces and large units, as well as higher schools, this competition was characterized by competition and a high sportsmanship. The events of this cup were closed by the presentation of medals and diplomas to the laureatess
