On January 16^th, 2024, Major General SLATNIA Layache, Chief of Staff of the Territory Air Defense Forces, received at the Territory Air Defense Forces Command headquarter, Colonel KABANOV Alexandre and his successor Colonel TSUKANOV Vladimir, Military Naval and Air Defense Attaché at the Embassy of Federation of Russia in Algeria, as part of a farewell and introductory visit.

This visit had also enabled to expand partnership between the armies of the two countries in the field of Air Defence.
