In his lecture, the professor focused on the large and multiple transformations that the world is witnessing, after the absolute control of the United States over the worldwide system starting in the nineties of the last century, after the fall of the Soviet Union and its disintegration. These transformations will be more visible in the new world demanded by the rising powers such as China, Russia, Turkey, Iran and others, through the great competition between America and China and between Russia and NATO in Eastern Europe and the Black Sea, up to the formed alliances, to achieve long and strategic goals and aspirations for the various powers in the new worldwide order.
To conclude, the professor stressed the need to rely on national research and thinking centers to formulate a forward-looking security strategy, as well as rethink about building a new system for our foreign relations, bearing in mind that every movement transforms productive threats, which requires taking into account the causes of force.
