In commemoration of the 61st anniversary of National Immigration Day, corresponding to October 17, 1961, and in application of the instructions of the High Command of the People's National Army to observe a minute of silence in memory of our martyrs; was carried out on this morning of October 17, 2022, at 11 a.m., at the level of the the Territory Air Defense Forces Command, under the aegis of the Major General Commander of the Territory Air Defense Forces Command, the holding of a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs of the heinous massacres committed by the colonizer against Algerian emigrants. The latter went out to demonstrate peacefully in the main arteries of Paris, the French capital, to demand their freedom and the independence of their country.

These peaceful demonstrations ended in an odious repression leading to the death of hundreds of innocent human lives whose corpses were thrown into the Seine still witness to these atrocities.
