The opening ceremony started with a welcoming speech given by the Commander of the Territory Air Defence Higher School , then; the Territory Air Defence Forces Commander delivered a speech in which he addressed the crucial role that science plays to achieve superiority in all the fields , also the importance given by the High Command of the People's National Army to the education and training system as well as the privileged place that the Territory Air Defence higher School Ali CHABATI enjoys and its role in ensuring a specialised and qualitative training that enable the graduating class to carry out with dedication and professionalism.

At the same occasion, the Territory Air Defence Forces Commander urged all parties concerned by the training process to continue to work harder to accomplish their lofty teaching mission, in order to develop the training apparatus so that it can be combined with the current scientific and technological development.
