The outgoing promotions are as follows:
• The 31^st graduating class : Command and Staff courses ;
• The 47^th graduating class: development courses for officers ;
• The 14^th graduating class : application courses ;
• The 11^th graduating class : engineering degree ;
• The 10^th graduating class : bachelor degree ;
• The 20^th graduating class of air craft navigation within the field of competence of the Air Navigation National Establishment / Ministry of transport.

Major General Abedlaziz HAOUAM, the Territory Air Defense Forces Commander started the ceremony by the salute to the flag and the inspection of the squares; then a speech was delivered by the Commander of the Higher School, Major General Lotfi BENBAATOUCHE, where he addressed the main chapters of the theoretical and practical training received by trainees and while commanding the efforts made by the staff of this institution throughout the terms of the training. He also urged them to show responsibility, to be rigorous and to exert their utmost efforts to defend the country and protect its spaces.

After the graduates swore the oath , the grades and diplomas were awarded to the majors. Following this, Major General Territory Air Defense Forces Commander, gave his agreement to baptize the outgoing promotions in the name of the late Martyr "BENARBIA Alalmi ". This was followed by a military parade presented by the various squares of the outgoing promotions in perfect precision and harmony.

After the parade , Major General Territory Air Defense Forces Commander and the attendees have visited the pedagogical basis that enables the trainees to establish a link between theory and practice , they also visited the educational laboratories where different projects were exposed. During this ceremony , the Territory Air Defense Forces Commander has baptized some buildings of the higher school after deceased military and moujahidines who have occupied positions of responsibility within the territory air defense forces in order to honor the memory of those chiefs who deserve all the credit for the professionalism and the development reached by the the Territory Air Defense Forces.

At the end, Major General the Territory Air Defense Forces Commander, proceeded, in the company of the Commandant of the School as well as all the executives present, honored the family of the late Moudjahid”, as well as the signature of the School's guestbook. The ceremony was concluded by honoring the family of the late Martyr “BENARBIA El Almi” whose name has been given to the outgoing graduating class.
