The Territorial Air Defense Forces Command commemorated the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious November 1 Revolution, through the organization and execution of a rich program to glorify the greatness of the triumphant liberation revolution. This resulted in the embellishment of the barracks with pennants, the presentation of conferences on this historic occasion, the broadcasting of patriotic songs, as well as the organization of historical photo exhibitions. - Ceremony in honor of retirees
On October 29, Major General Abdelaziz HAOUAM Commander of the Territorial Air Defense Forces, supervised, at the headquarters of the Territorial Air Defense Forces Command, a tribute ceremony in honor of the military personnel placed at the service retirement for the year 2024, in the presence of the heads of TADFC divisions and services.
On this occasion, Mr. Major General Commander of the Territorial Air Defense Forces, delivered a speech where he praised the heroism, the glories and the great sacrifices made by our fathers and grandfathers, our venerable martyrs and valiant mujahideen for a free and independent Algeria. Then, the Major General presented his sincere expressions of appreciation and gratitude to the retired executives for their efforts and dedication during their professional career in the service of the Territorial Air Defense Forces in particular and the institution military in general, wishing them good luck and success in their future lives.
And on the occasion of this commemoration, Major General ABDELAZIZ HAOUAM, Commander of the Territorial Air Defense Forces, chaired, on October 31, 2024, the ceremony of awarding ranks and medals for the benefit of promoted military personnel, and this in the presence of general officers, as well as heads of structures of the central portion.
During his speech on this occasion, Mr. Major General, Commander of the Territorial Air Defense Forces, presented the congratulations of Mr. Army General, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army to all executives promoted in rank as well as those who received medals. The Major General in turn warmly congratulated these executives, in recognition of the efforts made throughout their careers and the services rendered during their professional career, within the ranks of the Territorial Air Defense Forces and the National Army. - National colors raising ceremony
Mr. Major General ABDELAZIZ HAOUAM, Commander of the Territorial Air Defense Forces, supervised, at midnight (00h00mn), the ceremony of raising the national colors, at the headquarters of the Territorial Air Defense Forces Command. The declaration of November 1st was read as well as the agenda of the General of the Army, Chief of Staff of the National People's Army, and the national flag was raised to the rhythm of the national anthem. Following this, a minute of silence was observed in tribute to the memory of our valiant martyrs.
