The activities of the 7th edition of the National Championship between units of the National Gendarmerie began on Sunday, January 19th , 2025, at the Cynotechnical Reproduction and Training Center of the National Gendarmerie in Bainem. The opening ceremony was presided over by the General Inspector of the National Gendarmerie.


    The first day featured an official opening ceremony, including a demonstration showcasing the development of cynotechnical skills within the units of the National Gendarmerie. Following the ceremony, a technical meeting was held under the supervision of the head of the referees' committee, with the participation of the delegation leader and the coaches. Program details and logistical and technical preparations were reviewed, and the referees' committee convened to assess cynotechnical specialties in preparation for the start of the competitions.


    On the second day, participants took on practical challenges, starting with an 800-meter individual race accompanied by their dogs. This test combines physical fitness and harmony with the trainer-dog, followed by obstacle jumping, obedience, discipline, rough terrain, and defense tests.


    The championship concluded with an awards ceremony, highlighting the success of the efforts made to organize this important annual event for the National Gendarmerie units.
