In implementation of the communication plan of the year 2021, approved by Mister Lieutenant General, People's National Army Chief of staff, in the context of the valorization and the consolidation of the Army/Nation link and from the importance given by the high command to the different categories of society, in particular children with special needs,

The celebration of the Universal Children's Day, the Republican Guard Command organized, on June 01^st, 2021, at the 11^th Cavalry and Escort Regiment, Open doors for the benefit of children with special needs stemming from the different structures of social action and solidarity of the different wilaya of the country such as Algiers and Tizi Ouzou.

    

    

It should be noted that the Republican Guard Command organize like this events yearly in order to provide joy and cheerfulness to children with special needs on one hand, and to highlight the role of the horse in their lives through following a psychotherapeutic treatment by horseback riding, which the efficiency has been scientifically proven on the other hand.

These open doors have included riding horses of type (poneys), also riding and music shows from the authentic national heritage, and taking souvenir pictures.

    

    

During this activity of solidarity, the Republican Guard Command expressed its appreciation for the success of this proximity action on several fronts, especially, to contribute to make children happy is a real pleasure even more cure and heal theme, at the end a meal held in their honor, and symbolic gifts were offered.

And in monitoring of their impressions, the children express their enjoyment with this day, which will be always embedded in their minds, and they were grateful toward the People’s National Army High Command and Republican Guard Command for this initiative.

This activity was held in good conditions and that in the strict respect of the measures taken against the pandemic of corona virus (Covid-19).
