In implantation of the communication plan of the year 2023/2024, approved by Mister General, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army, the Republican Guard Command organized information days about the Republican Guard, respectively, in the wilayas of El Oued and El Tarf, at the 04^th and 05^th Military Regions, in presence of military and civil authorities, as well as the national media family and the citizens of the concerned wilayas.

     

The wilayas of El Oued/04^th MR was the first to house this event in the period of April 21^st, to April 24^th, 2024 at the Cultural House “Mohamed El Amine EL AMOUDI”, the opening of its activities was supervised, on behalf of Mister the Major-General, Commander of the 04^th Military Region, by the Acting Chief of the Military Sector.

     

Concerning the wilaya of El TARF, the opening was headed on behalf of Mister the Major-General, Commander of the 05^th Military Region, by the Chief of the Military Sector, from April 28^th, to May 01^st, 2024, at the level of the main library for public reading.

This event, in the two wilayas, knew a significant turnout of public, fact that reflect the desire of the people to inquire more about the various components of the People’s National Army, these information days included featured workshops that highlight the various specialties of the Republican Guard; military music, horse riding, protection and special intervention and cynotechnics, it also contained a photos exhibition and the projection of documentary films about the Republican Guard’s missions and activities, as well as the opportunities offered to the young people who wish to access the Republican Guard.

     

     

This media activity aims to allow citizens enquire more about the components of the Republican Guard as well as its different missions, activities and means, while strength the army’s union with its nation and enhancing internal and external communication, by highlighting the achievements realized within the Republican Guard, keeping the brand image of the People’s National Army, establishing professional working relationship with our national media and creating permanent and more effective communication with our journalists and correspondents.
