In implementation of the communication plan for the year 2024/2025, approved by Mister the General, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of People’s National Army Staff, and within the framework of the humanitarian traditions characterizing The Republican Guard and the various components of the People’s National Army, taking care to enhance and strengthen the link between the Army and its Nation, and given the importance that the High Command attaches to the various categories of society, particularly children with special needs, and in celebration of Universal Children's Day, which coincides with the first (1st) of June each year.
The Republican Guard Command organized, an open day for children, at the 11th Cavalry and Escort Regiment " Chahid YAHOUNI Bachir", in an open space where the child meets the horse, in an exceptional human relationship based on trust and a feeling of security. This communication activity aims to bring joy and cheerfulness to the hearts of those children during their celebration of world day.
The program of this activity has included a number of workshops, as a coloring and music workshop, a horse-riding workshop and an equiterapy workshop, as well as equestrian exhibitions and a visit to the stable.
During this communication activity, the Republican Guard Command, highlighted this success on several levels, while making available all human and materiel resources.
At the end of the event, a lunch was organized in honor of the children and their companions, as well as symbolic gifts were offered to them, and souvenir photographs were taken to mark the occasion.
