In execution of the program of general culture conferences for the year 2024, approved by Mister the General, Commander of the Republican Guard, the Republican Guard Command organized on March 04, 2024, at the level of the conference room of the Staff of the Republican Guard Command, a conference animated by Professor Doctor MENNAS Mesbah, entitled : " The new international order post Ukrainian crisis and the positioning of the Tofane EL Aqsa on this map " through which he addressed the conceptual framework of the definition of the new international order and the relationship of the Ukrainian crisis with the return of Russia in the map of the new international order, as well as the positioning of the Tofane El Aqsa and the desire of the West to maintain its domination over the Arab region.

The conference was well attended and appreciated by all guests, as it dealt with a sensitive topic linked to developments on the international scene.
