Mister the Major General, Commander of the Republican Guard by interim carried out, on March 5^th, 2025, a working and inspection visit to the 2^nd Guard and Protection Regiment of the Republican Guard Command.

      After being welcomed and after listening to the Regiment’s briefing, Mister the Major General, held a meeting with the Company and Section Chiefs of the Regiment, where he urged them to apply rigorous instructions emanating from the High Command of the People’s National Army, in different areas, particularly with regard to the rapprochement to the personnel, while insuring boosting their morale.

   

      Following this, Mister the Major General, Commander of the Republican Guard by interim, proceeded to inspect certain Regiment facilities, before visiting its various detachments, where he observed their availability as well as the condition of both personnel and equipment. In this regard, he gave a set of instructions to the detachment Chiefs, to assess the state of the personnel and urged them to demonstrate vigilance, discipline in their work, in order to fight any form of routine.

      This inspection is part of a field visit aimed at assessing the operational readiness and combat capability of the Republican Guard units.
