In execution of the communication plan of the People's National Army for the year 2025, in its section relating to the general culture, approved by Mister the General, Minister Delegate to The Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, the Republican Guard Command organized, on April 16^th, 2025, coinciding with the commemoration of knowledge day on april 16^th ,and the 57^th anniversary of the creation of national service on april 16^th 1968, a conference was conducted by Professor Dr. BADRINA Mohamed El Arbi, entitled “Methods of managing the psychological effects in wartime”, at the conference room of the Republican Guard Command headquarters.

      During the conference, the professor addressed an exhausting definition about a psychological war and symptoms of psychological manipulation and its impact on the individuals. He also revealed how electronic medias are used to influence the collective consciousness, which can convince the adversary to surrender itself without using weapons. In the other hand, he highlighted the psychological signs accompanying war trauma, and emphasized the need to understand the effect of modern information and communication technologies on the individual, in light of digital mutations through which the moral process pulls the nations into pieces.

      In the same context, the professor discussed the weapons of psychological war and their strategic impact, concluding his conference by emphasizing the importance of strengthening psychological immunity through the adoption of effective preventive techniques and reinforcement of collective consciousness as well as the treatment of psychological effects in the event of war and conflicts.
