As part of the ongoing working and inspection visits to Republican Guard units, Mister the Major General, Commander of the Republican Guard by interim carried out, on March 17^th, 2025, a working and inspection visit to the 5^th Guard and Protection Regiment of the Republican Guard Command “Chahid Assamer Mohamed”.

   

      After being welcomed and after listening to the Regiment’s briefing presented by the Commander of the Regiment, Mister the Major General, held a meeting with the Regiment’s executive, where he emphasized the need to maintain the pace of work, urging them to be vigilant, through the application of rigorous instructions emanating from the High Command of the People’s National Army and by applying strict security measures.

   

      Following this, in view of sensitivity of the assigned mission of the Regiment, Mister the Major General, Commander of the Republican Guard by interim, proceeded to a field visit to enquire about the readiness of detachments, observing the living conditions of the personnel, in order to boost their morale to support them in carrying out their mission with dedication, in best conditions.
