In accordance with the annual combat readiness directive of the Republican Guard Command for the year 2023/2024, approved by Mister the General, Chief of the People’s National Army, the Republican Guard Command organized on February 26, 2024, at the Specialized Regiment of Intervention of The Republican Guard Command "barracks Chahid Djad Boualem - khemisti", a cynotechnic study day entitled "The canine of the military service (training-missions-development)", with the participation of representatives of military structures and constituted bodies specializing in cynotechnic.

  

The opening of this study day was supervised by Mister the Major-General, Inspector of the Republican Guard, who affirmed in his speech the importance of this activity, as well as the efforts made by the Republican Guard Command to highlight the characteristics of military service dogs and the areas of their multiple use and interactions of the cynotechnic duo.

The aim of the workshop was to unify the concepts and terminology of cynotechnic, to define the role and missions of the veterinary technician, to keep abreast of the basics and principles of cynotechnic, to familiarize participants with the standards for the operational use of the cynotechnic duo, and to exchange experiences between all the specialist participants.

 

At the end, this study day was closed under the aegis of Mister the Major-General, Inspector of the Republican Guard, who presented the participants with certificates of appreciation, under strictly organized conditions.
