in accordance with the annual directive of combat readiness of the Republican Guard Command of the year 2023/2024, approved by Mister the General, Chief of staff of the People’s National Army, the Republican Guard Command organized on February 27^th, 2024, at the fourth Intervention Regiment of the Republican Guard Command Chahid ARBADJI Abderrahmane, a seminar entitled: “maintaining the technical-operational readiness of equipment” and this, with the participation of technical officers, transport section heads, park chief of the different units of the Republican Guard.

  

The opening and the closing of this seminar were supervised by Mister the Colonel, Chief of Material Division of the Republican Guard Command. This activity saw the animation of several conferences by speakers and participants. All these interventions focused on the importance of exploiting human resources, management concept and documentary funds, as well as the need to maintain the equipment in readiness, in addition to the readiness and maintenance modalities for maintaining the availability of weapons, of the topo-optical equipment, the ammunition and the armored vehicles, as well as the optimal exploitation of weapons systems.

This seminar aims to develop organized work, to expand the knowledge of participants, to determine the tasks to be carried out in order to maintain the readiness, it also highlighted the optimal methods for exploiting and maintaining equipment and how to preserve it, with an emphasis on periodic maintenance of weapons and topo-optical equipment, and this, to avoid malfunctions.

 

It should be noted that, the Republican Guard Command provided all the necessary human and materiel resources to success this seminar.
