In implementation with the program of general culture conferences for the year 2024, approved by Mister the General, Chief of National People's Army Staff, the Republican Guard Command organized on 28 May 2024, at the conference room of the Republican Guard Command, a conference led by Professor MEDJITNA Messaoud, entitled "The role of economic warfare in fourth-generation wars", in which he discussed the conceptual framework for defining economic warfare and the forms of fourth-generation wars, as well as its various weapons, repercussions and impact on international relations.

This conference was well received and followed by all the executives of the Republican Guard Command, as it dealt with a sensitive subject linked to developments on the international scene.
