The riders of the Republican Guard distinguished at the national show jumping competition


Within the framework of the periodic participation in the various national sports activities of the year 2022/2023, the equestrian team of the Republican Guard Command as well as fourteen (14) other clubs from different wilayas of the country participated in the national show jumping competition, hosted by the equestrian club El Mitidja, wilaya of Blida/1st MR, during the period of 09th to 11th February 2023.

It is to be noted that the team of the Republican Guard Command has achieved convincing results in this competition, namely



Category "D" competition (height 1.00m):

Day 1: Thursday February 09th, 2023

  • - 1st place, Staff Sergeant GUESSAB Mahfoud on the Floussen horse;
  • - 2nd place,Staff Sergeant SETTAH djamel Eddine Abd El Hakim on the Chilia horse.

Day 2: Friday February 10th, 2023
  • - 1st place, Sergeant BELMHEL Adda on the Chilia horse;
  • - 2nd place, Staff Sergeant GUESSAB Mahfoud on the Floussen horse.

Day 3: February 11th, 2023
  • - 1st place, Sergeant BELMHEL Adda on the Chilia horse;
  • - 2nd place, Staff Sergeant GUESSAB Mahfoud on the Floussen horse.


Category "C" competition (height 1.05/1.10m):

Day 1: Thursday February 09th, 2023
  • - 2nd place, Sergeant Master AYADI Belkacem on the Go-get-it horse.

Day 3: Saturday February 11th, 2023
  • - 3rd place, Sergeant HARDBECH Naim Rayan on the Senzano-62 horse.

Category "B" competition (height 1.15/1.20m):

Day 1: Thursday February 09th, 2023
  • - 3rd place,Sergeant First Class ZAYER Sami on the horse Lord Bamblbi.

Day 3: Saturday February 11 th, 2023 (The Grand Prize)

  • - 3rd place,Sergeant First Class ZAYER Sami on the horse Lord Bamblbi.

Category "A" competition (height 1.25/1.30m):

Day 1: Thursday February 09 th, 2023

  • - 2nd place,Sergeant First Class ZAYER Sami on the LAOS-POP-449horse.
  • - 3rd place,Master Sergeant BOUTERFA Kamel on the el-Hamri horse.

Day 3: Saturday February 11 th, 2023(The Grand Prize)

  • - 1st place,Staff Sergeant KANOUN Nouredine on the Davy-crocket-C horse;
  • - 2nd place,Sergeant First Class ZAYER Sami on the LAOS-POP-449horse.
