 Within the framework of the working and inspection visits to the various components of the People’s National Army, Mister the General, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army carried out, on Wednesday 19th April 2023, a working and inspection visit to the headquarters of the Republican Guard Command.   At the beginning and after the welcoming ceremony, Mister the General, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army accompanied by Mister the General, Commander of the Republican Guard, observed a moment of meditation on the soul of the Chahid "Mohamed BELOUIZDAD", whose headquarters is named after him, and laid a wreath of flowers in front of the commemorative stele of the Chahid, and recited the Fatiha to his soul.   Then, Mister the General held a meeting with the executives and the staff of the Republican Guard Command, which started with a welcome speech by Mister the General, Commander of the Republican Guard, followed by the orientation speech of Mister the General, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, broadcasted by videoconference through all the units of the Republican Guard, where he stressed that it is the duty of every citizen loyal to Algeria to engage all efforts and all the strength necessary for the establishment of security and the consolidation of the factors of peace and stability in our dear country and to meet the requirements of its development and progress to enable it to occupy the place it deserves in the concert of nations.       Mister the General also stressed: "In order to achieve these noble objectives, we are committed, within People's National Army, worthy heir to the National Liberation Army, under the command of the President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, alongside the faithful children of our homeland and in accordance with the assigned constitutional missions, to honor the oath of the valiant Chouhada and the valiant moujahideen, and to work tirelessly and with determination to defeat the maneuvers and machinations of the enemies of Algeria, hostile as they are to its unity and its social, cultural and civilizational cohesion". Thereafter, Mister the General, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army followed a presentation by the Major General, Chief of Staff of the Republican Guard, on the organization, functioning and missions of the Republican Guard, He then followed equestrian and fantasia demonstrations at the level of the 11th Cavalry and Escort Regiment, as well as the execution of a tactical exercise by the personnel of the Special Intervention Regiment, as well as a visit to the Music School where he inspected its various structures and pedagogical facilities.  At the end, Mister the General, Chief of Staff of People's National Army proceeded to the signature of the golden book of the Republican Guard Command |
