In execution of the annual directive of combat preparation for the year 2022/2023, approved by Mister the General, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, the Republican Guard Command organized during the period from 21 to 25 February 2023 and from 28 February to 04 March 2023, respectively at the level of the Equestrian Military Centres of Blida and Cherchell/1^st Military Region, and from 07 to 11 March 2023, at the level of the Equestrian Military Centres located in Oran/2^nd Military Region, training days in horse riding entitled: "the principles of learning in horse riding and the methodology of planning the instruction".

  

  

The organization of this kind of communication activities aims at unifying the concepts in use in horse riding, adopting a common education model and enriching the pedagogical base of the trainers, in order to raise the technical level and the knowledge of the riders. The program of this event included inherent interventions on horse riding, equine medicine, and theoretical and practical courses. In parallel, a federal examination 1^st degree horse riding was organized at the level of the Military Riding Centers of Blida and Cherchell/1^st Military Region and at the level of the Military Riding Centre of Oran/2^nd Military Region, which demonstrated the high level of a category of riders, deserving to be further encouraged and developed. This activity ended with a competition between the members of the said centers.

  

It should be noted that the Republican Guard Command grants a great interest to this civilizational heritage linked to the customs and traditions of our valorous ancestors, with the aim of raising it to the rank of elite and excellence, and this, in order to highlight our national identity in the national and international official events.
