In accordance with the instructions of the High Command of the People’s National Army and in consolidation of the “Army-Nation” link, and on the occasion of Children International Day coinciding with June 1^st each year, the Naval Forces command organized on Sunday, June 1^st, 2025 a visit to the Admiralty Algiers’ Naval Base headquarters/1^stMR in the benefit of associations with special needs and orphans, pupils of education institutions and their accompanying teachers, Islamic Scout and cultural associations and actors in the civil society acting in childhood field. They were warmly received by Mr. the Major-General Noureddine KAID, Chief of Staff of the Naval Forces and offered them symbolic gifts.



     On this occasion, a touristic visit to some archaeological monuments at the Admiralty was organized, then, visitors had the opportunity to go out to the sea on board of the High Sea Tug “El Mounjid” n° 701 at Algiers bay. This visit is regarded as an anchored tradition of the People’s National Army in General and our Naval Forces in particular, and it is a confirmation of the communication policy adopted by the High Command of the People’s National Army where all the means were mobilized for the success of this day aiming to getting joy and happiness into the hearts of children of different education institutions and local and national associations.
