On the occasion of the commemoration of the sixty ninth (69^th) anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious National Liberation Revolution, Major-General, Mahfoud BENMEDDAH, Naval Forces Commander, supervised, the night of November 1st, 2023, at the Naval Forces Command headquarters " Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa " in Zeralda, the ceremony of raising the national flag, where the declaration of the 1^st of November and the day’s order of General, Chief of Staff of People's National Army were read, with the presence of Naval Forces staff.
