Within the framework of the implementation of the conferences program of the general culture for 2023, Doctor Djamel YAHIAOUI, gave a lecture in July 02nd,2023, at the Naval Forces Command headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa », entitled with « The history of makhzene regime betrayal since the 17th century», with the presence of the Naval Forces’ executives and officers.
