Within the framework of the implementation of the conferences program of the general culture for 2025, and on the occasion of the celebration of the 63rd anniversary of regaining sovereignty, Dr. HOUARI MOUSSA, gave a lecture in July 02nd, 2025, at the Naval Forces Command headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa » in Zeralda, entitled with: «Algerian-french negociations and the declaration of independence 1960-1962», with the presence of the Naval Forces’ executives and Officers.
