Within the framework of fighting illegal immigration, Coast Guard units of Western Maritime Facade/2^nd MR, Central/1^st MR and Eastern/5^th MR Maritime Facades, had intercepted, during the period of 25^th September to 02^nd, October 2024, many home-made boats, which resulted in the rescue of 139 persons.
