Within the framework of the implementation of the conferences program of the general culture for 2024, Dr. HOUARI Moussa, gave a lecture in July 03^rd, 2024, at the Naval Forces Command headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa » in Zeralda, entitled with: « The Algerian archive in France and its role in writing the history of Algeria», with the presence of the Naval Forces’ executives and officers.
