Within the framework of the implementation of the conferences program of the general culture for 2023, the Doctor Slimane ARADJ, gave a lecture in May 04th, 2023, at the Naval Forces headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa », entitled with «Security and Partnership for the development in Africa», with the presence of the Naval Forces’ executives and officers.
