In implementation of the general culture lecture program planned for 2022, Dr. Slimane ARAADJ delivered a lecture in October 04th, 2022, at the Naval Forces Command Headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa », entitled with « Technology and the Future of the Force in International Relations », with the presence of high staff and officers from the Naval Forces.
