Within the framework of provisions’ implementation stipulated in the annual directive for combat preparation of the Naval Forces Command, for 2022-2023, Research and Development Division of the Naval Forces Command organized in June 5^th-6^th, 2023 and in coordination with the Naval Forces Staff, a seminar entitled with: « Trilogy (Research and Development-Training-Maintenance) in Naval Forces, Interactions, Challenges and Development Perspectives », at Meetings Rooms Group at the Naval Forces Command Headquarters “Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa”.
     The Major-General, Inspector of the Naval Forces, on behalf of the Major-General, Naval Forces Command, proceeded to the opening and the end of the seminar’s works which comprehended a set of communications which had a significant role in enriching the seminar throughout the officials and specialists’ interaction of People’s National Army, activists in the fields of research and development, training and maintenance.



     This seminar aims to highlighting the role of the Trilogy: Research and Development, Training and Maintenance in preserving the combat capacities of the Naval Forces, and finding adequate solutions to support interaction between this trilogy with the purpose of guaranteeing its development and adjustment with operational exploitation requirements. During this seminar, our officials could objectively analyze the three functions and elaborate an efficient strategy for a developmental maintenance that allows to economize the duration and the costs of maintenance processes.
